Apple Pizzas
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Toppings of your choice: chocolate chips, banana slices, granola, shredded coconut, honey, etc.
Instructions:
- Add lemon juice to a bowl of cold water.
- Slice each apple into 1/4" round discs. Plunge into bowl of water, then pat dry.
- Top each disc with a smear of peanut butter and sprinkle with desired toppings.
- Enjoy immediately or stack pizzas, using waxed or parchment paper between each. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
